Chemistry - AS/A2
Just a vast collection of chemical compounds and a continuing
chain of chemical reactions, that's how Einstein described
us, human beings. Chemistry is the study of the matter that
everything and everybody is made of. We study how this matter
behaves, how it interacts and how it changes. What future
careers are open to chemists? The answer is virtually limitless.
A Level Chemistry is essential in medicine, pharmacy, veterinary
science as well as chemical engineering, chemical research and
biochemical fields.
You will find chemistry graduates working in finance, politics and
law. The study of chemistry will give you the knowledge to allow
you to see and understand the world in a unique and special way.
Students need to have achieved a grade B in both core Science
and Additional Science.
